The Korean Samgyeopsal Ordering and Management System was developed with the goal of providing a comprehensive web-based platform for the client’s Samgyeopsal Restaurant administrators and customers. The system aimed to streamline restaurant operations, enhance customer experience, and optimize overall efficiency. Leveraging a MySQL Database, HTML, CSS, JS for frontend, and PHP, SQL, and some JS for backend, the project encompassed a range of functionalities, including online ordering, reservation, feedback, sales and expenses reporting, order tracking, inventory management, delivery service, payment methods, and database information management.
Challenges
The development of the Korean Samgyeopsal Ordering and Management System presented several challenges. Ensuring seamless integration of various features while maintaining a user-friendly interface for both restaurant admins and customers was a critical hurdle.
Solutions
To address the challenges, I first started creating the flow. I already know the requirements of the client so all that is needed to create the flow is satisfied. I ended with this flowchart:
